Interaction
This exhibit is all about interaction. The ‘Director’ can sit in the Director’s Chair and choose which of the two machinima shorts to play, choose one of the two tracks of background music, and select the lighting in the ‘studio’, using the controls on the mocked-up film camera in front of him, which houses an audio and video projector. Once the film is rolling, he, and or others, can work their way through the range of sound effect tools, which are laid out on the table in order of the plot of the scene, or simply have fun mixing them up and noting how this totally changes the mood of the scene!
