The painting at the center of the exhibition by Marie Crandell — last modified 2008-01-24 07:39
This painting is by artist Mrs Robbie Purinton of North Carolina, USA. The painting, which features Robbie, her Mother and her two sisters, is based on a childhood experience of hers. It is this story behind the painting, which forms the audio narrative. (Please note, permission has been granted by the artist for use of the painting for the purposes of this SL and web-page project. Usage in Real Life and outside of this project wiki would need to be confirmed.)

Artist's Studio at 29th Jan 2008 [2] by Marie Crandell — last modified 2008-01-29 14:17
Work in Progress... I'm thinking of moving the digital picture board to outside, to attract visitors in, and then have the canvases and the frames on the left wall. Hmmmm.
sketch of RL easel layout by Nina Simon — last modified 2008-02-20 17:07
This is the draft layout of the RL easel controls. The clock hands refer to the video spin browser, the paint can is a paint brush selection, the inkwell is a draw selection, and then the palette contains a touch selection for color (in the trough) and sliders for brush thickness and transparency. The SAVE and CLEAR ALL buttons will appear on-screen, not as physical easel items.
