This exhibit demonstrates the benfits that the ONIL Cookstove has brought to Guatamalan families and some of the pitfalls of traditional cooking methods.

This exhibit features models of the traditional Guatamalan cooking stove and the ONIL stove to get hands-on with. visitors can explore both and learn the differences between them including impact on family health, comsumption of natural resources, cooking time - and perhaps take home a recipe to try! (Together with nutrition stats and comparisions to common western foods).
